Refund policy

All sales are final. The only exception is if we make an error with the order.

We only sell factory sealed product. If you receive a product that is not factory sealed, chances are this is how the product was originally manufactured. Wax packs are a perfect example of this. We do everything within our power to ensure you receive product that has not been tampered with. We cannot be held liable if you do not pull the key rookie/star you are looking for. Collation in packs is random. Nothing is guaranteed.

Most of our packs are over 25 years old. There is no guarantee as to the condition of the cards in the packs. We will not send out any packs that show visible signs of damage, but we cannot be held liable if you pull your favorite player out of a pack with a dented corner.
